Cookie Policy
Use of cookies and similar technologies on Terminal®.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Bursaly Group LLC (“Terminal”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the terminalapp.ai platform.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on the User’s device (computer, tablet or mobile) when visiting that site. Cookies allow the site to remember preferences, keep the User signed in, measure platform usage and, in some cases, deliver personalized content.
Similar technologies include local storage, tracking pixels, device identifiers and other recognition techniques. Throughout this Policy, the term “cookies” refers to all of them, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Categories of Cookies Used
Terminal uses three categories of cookies. Necessary cookies are essential for the operation of the Platform and do not require consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only when the User gives explicit consent.
3.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies

4. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are managed by third parties integrated into the Platform, including without limitation:
- Stripe, for fraud detection during payment flows (necessary cookies).
- Embedded TradingView widgets, which may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.
- Analytics and advertising providers, on the terms described in Sections 3.2 and 3.3.
Terminal does not control cookies set by third parties; the User is encouraged to consult the privacy policies of those providers.
5. Consent Management
On first access to the Platform, Terminal displays a consent banner that lets the User:
- Accept only necessary cookies.
- Accept all cookies.
- Customize categories (analytics / marketing).
The User may modify the choice at any time from the “Cookie Preferences” page, accessible from the Platform footer. Withdrawing consent has no retroactive effect on cookies set before withdrawal but will stop their future use.
6. Browser-Level Cookie Controls
In addition to the preference panel, the User may configure the browser to reject or delete cookies. Each browser provides specific instructions:
| Browser | Path |
|---|---|
| Google Chrome | Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data. |
| Mozilla Firefox | Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. |
| Safari (macOS / iOS) | Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data. |
| Microsoft Edge | Settings → Cookies and site permissions. |
Disabling or deleting strictly necessary cookies may prevent the use of certain Platform features, such as signing in.
7. Changes to this Policy
Terminal may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in the cookies used or in applicable law. The current version is always available at terminalapp.ai/legal/cookies, with its date of last update. Substantive changes will be notified to the User via a visible notice on the Platform.
8. Contact
